All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Tracking Your Order

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • For delayed or missing shipments, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.


🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Note: Final sale items, clearance, and promotional markdowns are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return
