Return & Refund Policy

At Mogul Loading, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Mogulloading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not refund:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Items received after the 14-day return window

  • Final sale or clearance items


Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process above for a refund and place a new order separately.


Final Sale Items

All items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional markdowns are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing sale items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time to post

  3. If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at Mogulloading@gmail.com

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at Mogulloading@gmail.com.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • For delayed or missing shipments, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
